  1. Public Topics

    Hello, we are reviewing Typetalk to replace Skype Messenging. The only Problem for us is that it is not possible for organisation members to join the topic via link if they are not members. We use messenger to discuss tasks from the customers. While creating the chat it is not clear who from the developers will work on it. So we share the link in order to allow the relevant persons to join later. If we switch to typetalk the developer should ask some other member to add him into the topic which is not convenient.   2. I am the admininstrator, How can i delete chats of other members including the chat of deleted members.

  3. Hide image preview

    I would really like to have a hide image or disable image preview inside the chatlog. There are times when I just want to hide images sent to me. Thanks!

    Hi, thank you for your feedback.

    We have received similar requests, e.g. Disable OGP.
    (OGP is used by showing the site information when we post a message with url.)

    Do you want to hide OGP information also?

    We will consider to add an optional feature that hide image/site information preview.

  4. It would be good to desktop notification on someone press "Like"

    Sometimes we need to wait for someone like self posted task/comment.
    Therefore, if we get notification on like, no need to check continuously typetalk.

    Hi, you will receive notification when someone likes your task/comment.
    There will be a green little dot for the Heart icon (Like Activity) on the left menu when you get likes. Just please click the Heart icon and see details.

    As for the desktop notification, we will see if there are more users need this function.
